I’ve been a member of the BAC for a couple of years now but didn’t start going regularly until May 2016 when I discovered Power 30. Uncoordinated and doing backwards somersaults off the stability balls and BOSU’s, I reluctantly stayed with it and signed up for my first challenge. Together with Jill, Ellen and my friend/workout buddy, Ronna, I’ve now completed two challenges, absolutely love Power 30 and am by far in the best shape of my life. Power 30 has proven that if you can just push yourself for 30 minutes a day, you easily can reach your fitness goals.
