*Sandra Sanchez BAC for Women Member Q&A Q: What inspires you to exercise when so many people struggle to fit exercise into their lifestyle? A: A healthier lifestyle and looking and feeling better Q: Was there a time when you didn’t exercise? A: Three years ago, I didn’t exercise because I was so depressed and had very low self esteem. I didn’t want to have any communication with anyone Q: What changed that? A: Signing up to this amazing club changed everything for me. I joined after I got divorced and decided that I needed a change. Starting with the classes like Zumba and working with a personal trainer changed everything for me. Q: What benefits do you get from exercise? A: The benefits are endless for me. I have so much more energy. I feel healthy and my self esteem and my self confidence are through the roof! Q: What helps keep you motivated? A: I stay motivated because I don’t feel stressed, sad or mad any more Q: What advice would you share with someone who needs inspiration? A: The beginning is never easy. Getting up every morning, the pain the day after isn’t easy but the results are so worth it. Q: Anything else that you would like to share about your commitment to fitness? A: I refuse to give up I have drive to keep doing and I know that the results are priceless!
