*Joanne has been a member since 2007. She works out 4 to 5 days a week. She loves taking total Body Sculpt, Pilates Vortex, & Cycling classes. She has set a goal for herself to try Zumba soon. She also does cardio machines and resistance training. Cycling shoes and a heart rate monitor are tools she uses to help with her workouts. She keeps setting small goals for herself – and it’s working!!!*
