Joanne has been a member since 2007 and works out 4 to 5 days a week. She loves taking total Body Sculpt, Pilates Vortex, & Cycling classes. She has set a goal for herself to try Zumba® soon. Joanne also does cardio machines and resistance training. Cycling shoes and a heart rate monitor are tools she uses to help with her workouts. She stays realistic and positive while continuing to set new goals for herself (big and small) – and it’s working!
