“I made the decision to do Personal Training at the BAC for Women and couldn’t be happier with my results. I started with just 2 days a week as well as joining some Group Exercise classes as well. I am now down 80 pounds and my trainer is training me for my first 5k! Every time I would get frustrated, my BAC Personal Trainer would always say “remember where you started”. She has taught me how to exercise and create a healthy lifestyle. I know I still have a journey a head of me, but with the support of the BAC for Women- I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!”
