“One year ago I made the decision to do personal training, this is were I meet Megan at the French Road location. I started with just 2 days a week and I joined one of her groups as well, after 6 months. I am now down 80 pounds and Megan is training me for my first 5k! Every time I would get frustrated, Megan would always say “remember where you started”. She has taught me how to exercise and create a healthy lifestyle.
