Power 30 Barre

Barre is a ballet inspired fitness class that incorporates moves from ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Class blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout.  *dance experience is NOT necessary

Power 30 Booty Bounce

Fitness trampolines equipped with a barre to offer a novel platform for exercise to blend low-impact, but high intensity cardio with strength drills, core work and active flexibility.

Power 30 Combat

Our Power 30 - Combat classes consist of boxing drills utilizing bags and partners with focus mitts, agility work, strength and cardio drills giving you a full body workout.

Power 30 Scorch

This is an ALL NEW Power 30 class at our Williamsville location. The 30-40 minute class combines an intense 20 minutes of cycling with 10-20 minutes of strength training using weights, battleropes, TRX Suspension Training and much more.

Power lifting inspired workout designed to increase lean muscle mass and burn body fat

Power 30 TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. You can also use other types of functional training equipment during class such as balls, ropes, Rip trainers and even your own body weight.

Power 60

Power 60 Yoga

Come move through a Baptiste style vinyasa flow. Build strength and fluidity as you move through different, challenging yoga postures. You'll leave feeling calm, energized and satisfied with the feeling of a good workout. Some yoga experience is recommended.
