Our phenomenal Small Group Training classes in half the time!! Using TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Battleropes, boxing and many other toys these 30 minute sessions will definitely kick your butt.

Power 30 Barre

Barre is a ballet inspired fitness class that incorporates moves from ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Class blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout.  *dance experience is NOT necessary

Power 30 Bounce and Burn

Fitness trampolines equipped with a barre to offer a novel platform for exercise to blend low-impact, but high intensity cardio with strength drills, core work and active flexibility.

Power 30 Combat

Our Power 30 - Combat classes consist of boxing drills utilizing bags and partners with focus mitts, agility work, strength and cardio drills giving you a full body workout.

Power 30 Core and Condition

Core & Conditioning focuses on strengthening your core muscles using a wide range of body weight exercises as well as a variety of equipment that will challenge your entire body.

Power 30 Senior

Power 30 Senior class is designed for our members who want to focus on increasing strength and bone density, work on flexibility and balance work and increase their cardiovascular strength while having the eyes of a personal trainer watching them and making sure they are moving and working safe and effectively. You will use free weights, resistance bands, our TRX suspension training system and a variety of other equipment to achieve these goals, all while working with other like-minded ladies!

Power 30 TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. You can also use other types of functional training equipment during class such as balls, ropes, Rip trainers and even your own body weight.

This is an ALL NEW Power 30 class at our Tonawanda location. The 30 minute class is broken down into: 4 minutes cardio, 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes core, 1 minute stretch…3 full rounds!
