Amber is a Certified Personal Trainer at our BAC for Women Williamsville location and is certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She holds a current CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association. Amber is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Physical Education. She is a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and also has a background training in other forms of martial arts. Amber looks forward to bringing her martial arts background into some of her training sessions for some added strength, fitness and fun! She currently trains Power 30 classes and one-on-one personal training. Exercise and an overall healthy lifestyle is one of her greatest passions, and she loves being able to share her passion with others!
Amy M. is the Power 30 Director at our Williamsville location and teaches Group Ex classes. She is certified thru ISCA, the International Sports Conditioning Association. She has been with the BAC for Women for 10 years. Amy has taught Strike Zone, Sweat Shop, Body Blast and sculpt classes. She uses a variety of equipment in her strength training classes and likes to bring fresh ideas to each workout! She loves every aspect of fitness, from a great cardio vascular workout, resistance training, to working on stability and flexibility. Amy is excited to take on my new role as the Williamsville Power 30 Director!
Annie has been a member of the BAC for Women since 2012. The BAC is where she fell in love with fitness and developed a passion for helping others fall in love with it too! She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and currently teaches Power 30 here at our Tonawanda location. Annie is also available for one-on-one training- Come train with her!
Arissa first started at the BAC for Women as a member taking her mom Cathy’s cycling classes. That sparked her interest in fitness. In high school she interned with Katie, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor and Ellen, the Regional Group Exercise Director here at the BAC for Women which pushed her even further. Right out of high school Arissa became a personal trainer certified with ACE (American Council on Exercise). She has also done specialty workshops on the BOSU trainer. She now teaches Cycling and is a personal trainer here at the BAC for Women.
Carrie is a certified Personal Trainer. She also has her BS in Exercise Science. Carrie is a mom of a 7 year old and a 4 year old- Life is good!!! She has been personal training for over 14 years at the BAC for Women and loves working with all types of clients! Her philosophy on exercise is that it should be fun, or why bother? Come train with Carrie and find out!!
Cathy is a certified Star 2 level Spinning instructor and Small Group Personal Training class instructor. She has been teaching for the BAC for Women for over 5 years. She came to the club as a member and loved it so much that she decided to get certified and began teaching classes. Cathy currently teaches Carousel as a small group training class at our Tonawanda location. The class involves circuits of cardio and strength to challenge you in every way possible. She is also a full time hair stylist at Salon Allure in Williamsville.
Debbie joined the BAC for Women when our Tonawanda location opened over 11 years ago. Since then, she has become a Star 3 Spinning Instructor, ACE Certified Health Coach, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. Debbie also holds certifications in TRX and BARRE. She feels her job is about so much more than teaching people how to exercise- “It’s about providing friendship, support and motivation as well as showing them that working toward better health and wellness can be fun and not feel like work. At first, joining the gym was a way for me to escape – to do something for myself. It has become more than I ever could have dreamed…Now, it is a passion; a way for me to share my love for fitness and well-being! I hope that I can demonstrate to other “moms” that they CAN find time to stay fit too.”
Ellen is the Regional Group Exercise Director for the BAC for Women. She has been teaching group exercise classes of all types for about 20 years. Her certifications include Maddogg Spinning, AFAA Group Exercise, FitTour Kickboxing, YogaFit levels I and II and TRX. Ellen is also a Heartsaver CPR/AED Instructor and an ACE Certified Weight Loss Coach. She enjoys exercise of all types and love teaching classes and empowering women to be the best that they can be.
Hailey holds her degree in Athletic Training and has experience working with athletes to physical therapy patients and is available for all your fitness needs. She is able to work with all populations, whether you are new to working out or need a boost in your fitness routine! Hailey currently has availability for one on one personal training and teaches Power 30 sessions throughout the week.
I am the Assistant Manager at the BAC for Women Depew/Lancaster Location. I am CPR/AED certified, and hold an Associate of Applied Science Degree in both Liberal Arts & Science, as well as Physical Education from SUNY at Erie Community College. In addition to my associate degrees, I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development from the State University of New York at Cortland. I am a wife and mom to 2 wonderful French Bulldogs and currently going to school for Occupational Therapy Assistant at ECC. I have worked as an Assistant Coach for a Division 3 NJCAA Soccer team, both men’s and women’s and am well versed in strength and conditioning. I am also a Silver Sneaker’s Certified Instructor, which gives me the knowledge to work with a variety of fitness levels. When thinking about if you’re ready to start your fitness journey I want you to remember this quote from Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, you’re right.”
Jen started as a Fitness Coach with the BAC over 11 years ago! She holds a current CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and specialize in sports specific training through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). Her goal is to educate you how to create a balanced lifestyle between fitness & nutrition and inspire you to live your happiest & healthiest life! She will demonstrate and execute workout routines to help you become leaner faster, stronger, more flexible & develop muscle endurance to perform better in your daily life and remain injury free with great results! Jen is looking forward to working with you!
Jill is the Small Group Training and 6 Week Challenge Director and Director of Personal Training at our Tonawanda location. Our Power 30 program is one of her greatest accomplishments and she is so proud of its success- She loves how much our members love it!! Jill is a AFAA certified personal trainer, as well as a Power 30, Yoga, Cycling and Chisel instructor. She has a lifelong love of fitness and health and wellness that she loves to share with our members. Jill is also the proud mom of 3 awesome kids!
Kristin started off as a member at the BAC for Women when she was 16 years old and it is where she found her passion for fitness! In 2016 she started working at our Tonawanda location, and a year later she decided to become an instructor. Kristin is currently working on my BS in Exercise Science (pre-PT), along with a minor in Nutrition at the University at Buffalo. She teaches cycling at our Tonawanda location, and is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She is beyond thankful to share her love of fitness with all of the amazing women at the BAC for Women!
Marisa has taught for the BAC for 20 years starting when I was just 17 years old! During this time she received my BS in Health and Wellness and a Masters in Education. She is currently certified through ISCA, Madd Dog Spinning, and AHA CPR/AED. Marisa currently teaches Cycling at the BAC for Women Williamsville location. As a mother of 5 children, she feels exercise is a great outlet and a reminder to take care of her own body, while being a great example to her children.
Nikki has been with the BAC since 2015 and is now the Williamsville location Assistant Manager. Since joining our Williamsville location staff in February 2017, she has been dedicated to helping members reach their fitness goals. Nikki has a passion for holistic health through exercise and nutrition that helps to motivate the members she works with. She is CPR certified through the American Red Cross and has studied Public Health at Tulane University. Nikki currently challenges members through one-on-one coaching and in her Power 30 classes. You won’t want to miss her Power 30 classes!
Theresa joins our BAC Williamsville Location with 10 years of Zumba® experience. From the first Zumba® class she took in 2008, she was immediately hooked on the many various styles of Latin American dance. The energy and Latin beats were so intoxicating, that after the 1 hour class, she walked right up to the instructor and asked, “How do I become an instructor?” Theresa didn’t waste any time and scheduled her training in Youngstown Ohio and then brought Zumba® to Lockport, N.Y. She is excited to be teaching here at the BAC for Women, and if you have ever wondered if you could do Zumba®, she teaches the class with progression, humor and of course with fun- It’s for EVERYONE! Zumba® is an invitation to the dance floor! Zumba® is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music while using a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and a Hip Hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
Fitness has been a huge part of Theresa’s life. Since the 1990’s, she has been teaching everything that has come down the fitness pipeline, but Zumba® has a special place in her heart. So if you ever wanted take a Zumba® class, now would be the time to come give it a try!
Traci is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at the BAC for Women Williamsville location. She brings over 17 years of experience in progressive health & fitness, coaching, training and motivating clients to perform at their best as well as achieve, maintain and implement their personal fitness goals in their daily lives. Traci encourages clients to take action while understanding and managing their own health care in a positive, motivating and challenging environment. She has had great success in working with diverse populations including all levels of fitness.
Traci has a proven and established track record of driven results with her clients who train with her one on one, in a small group or with those who take her weekly classes. She tries to lead by example and continues to motivate, shape and transform those who work with her keeping in mind everyone’s limitations.

Wendy joined the BAC as a member back in 2001 and loved the group exercise classes, bootcamps and top notch personal trainers. In 2013, she was asked if I would like to become an instructor for the BAC for Women French Road. Wendy went on to get her group exercise, CPR/AED, Bokwa, bootcamp, spinning certifications, then ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. She is also an IDEA Health & Fitness Association Professional member and Indoor Cycling Association member. Wendy currently teaches RIPT, SPINNING, POWER 30/POWER 30 6 week challenges, one-on-one personal training. She is also a Supervisor/ recreational gymnastics instructor and competitive team coach L2 10 for Summit Gymnastics in Elma for over 20 years. Wendy has coached State, Regional and National individual champions and teams. Current USA Gymnastics pro member, Safety & Risk certified, U100/U200 Fundamentals & Sports Science, U110 Safe Sport certified. She is a mom of two beautiful daughters, who are gymnasts too. Wendy loves challenging and motivating woman/children of all ages to be the best they can be. “I’m always there to help and guide with their fitness goals!” Her favorite quote is- “Strength doesn’t come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t!!”
