I joined the BAC when Colvin opened over 8 years ago. Since then, I have become a Star 3 Spinning Instructor, AFAA & NAPHA Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified TRX Instructor. My job is about so much more than teaching people how to exercise. It’s about providing friendship, support and motivation as well as showing them that working toward better health and wellness can be fun and not feel like work. I am the mother of 3 children, two with special needs. At first, joining the gym was a way for me to escape – to do something for myself. It has become more than I ever could have dreamed…Now, it is a passion; a way for me to share my love for fitness and wellbeing! I hope that I can demonstrate to other “moms” that they CAN find time to stay fit too

Olivia

Olivia

I am CPR/AED certified through Red Cross Blue Shield. I am currently working on my Bachelor’s Degree on Health and Wellness with a minor in Strength and Conditioning at Canisius College. After that, I plan on going to D’Youville College for my Bachelors/Master’s in Nutrition! I have been playing travel fast pitch softball since 9 years old; it has always been my main sport! With the training I learned through sports such as drills and conditioning, I have learned to incorporate those into my Power 30 sessions as well as my one -one personal training and small group training!

Growing up in a house hold of two parents that were figure/body building competitors, I was always fascinated and addicted to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. At 12 years old, I joined my first gym, and it has been a part of my everyday life ever since, and I want it to be the same for you! With the training and nutritional guidance combined, we can both work together to get you to the body and mind you’ve always wanted!
