This 30 minute class is broken down for an efficient full-body workout: 4 minutes cardio, 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes core, 1 minute stretch…3 full rounds!
This class is designed for our members who want to focus on increasing strength, bone density, flexibility and balance while being supervised and instructed by a personal trainer. During this small group training session, a certified trainer will provide appropriate modifications to assure a safe and effective workout. Power 30 Senior utilizes free weights, resistance bands, TRX suspension training and more to achieve your goals.
