All of our personal trainers have either achieved a four year degree in an exercise related field or obtained a nationally accredited certification.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. I hold a current CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association. I have an Associate’s Degree in Physical Education and am currently completing my Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees in Physical Education at Canisius College. I am a First Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and I also have a background training in other forms of martial arts. I look forward to bringing my martial arts background into some of my training sessions for some added strength, fitness and fun! I currently train Power 30 classes and one on one personal training. Exercise and an overall healthy lifestyle is one of my greatest passions, and I love being able to share my passion with others!

Annie P

Hi! I’m Annie and I have been a member of the BAC for Women since 2012. This is where I fell in love with fitness and developed a passion for helping others fall in love with it too! I currently teach Power 30 at Colvin and French Rd and I am available for one on one training at both locations. Come train with me!


I first started at the BAC for Women as a member taking my mom Cathy’s cycling classes. That sparked my interest in fitness. In high school I interned with Katie, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor and Ellen, the Regional Group Exercise Director here at the BAC for Women which pushed me even further. Right out of high school I became a personal trainer certified with ACE (American Council on Exercise). I also have done specialty workshops on the BOSU trainer. I now teach Cycling am a personal trainer here at the BAC for Women.

I am a certified Personal Trainer. I also have my BS in Exercise Science. I am a mom of a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Life is good!!! I have been personal training for over 11 years and love working with all types of clients! My philosophy on exercise is that it should be fun, or why bother? Come train with me and find out!!”


Hi I’m Cathy and I am a certified Star 2 level Spinning instructor and Small Group Personal Training class instructor. I have been teaching for the BAC for Women for over 5 years. I came to the club as a member and loved it so much I decided to get certified and began teaching classes. I am currently teaching Carousel as a small group training class at Colvin. The class involves circuits of cardio and strength to challenge you in every way possible. I am also a full time hair stylist at Salon Allure in Williamsville.


I joined the BAC when Colvin opened over 8 years ago. Since then, I have become a Star 3 Spinning Instructor, AFAA & NAPHA Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified TRX Instructor. My job is about so much more than teaching people how to exercise. It’s about providing friendship, support and motivation as well as showing them that working toward better health and wellness can be fun and not feel like work. I am the mother of 3 children, two with special needs. At first, joining the gym was a way for me to escape – to do something for myself. It has become more than I ever could have dreamed…Now, it is a passion; a way for me to share my love for fitness and wellbeing! I hope that I can demonstrate to other “moms” that they CAN find time to stay fit too


I am the Regional Group Exercise Director for the BAC for Women. I have been teaching group exercise classes of all types for about 20 years. My certifications include Maddogg Spinning, AFAA Group Exercise, FitTour Kickboxing, YogaFit levels I and II and TRX. I am also a Heartsaver CPR/AED Instructor.
I enjoy exercise of all types and I have thoroughly loved my time here at the BAC.


I am the Assistant Manager at the BAC for Women Depew/Lancaster Location. I am CPR/AED certified, and hold an Associate of Applied Science Degree in both Liberal Arts & Science, as well as Physical Education from SUNY at Erie Community College. In addition to my associate degrees, I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development from the State University of New York at Cortland. I am a wife and mom to 2 wonderful French Bulldogs and currently going to school for Occupational Therapy Assistant at ECC. I have worked as an Assistant Coach for a Division 3 NJCAA Soccer team, both men’s and women’s and am well versed in strength and conditioning. I am also a Silver Sneaker’s Certified Instructor, which gives me the knowledge to work with a variety of fitness levels. When thinking about if you’re ready to start your fitness journey I want you to remember this quote from Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, you’re right.”

I am the General Manager for the BAC for Women Evans location. I started as a Fitness Coach with the BAC over 11 years ago! I hold a current CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association. I hold my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and specialize in sports specific training through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). My goal is to educate you how to create a balanced lifestyle between fitness & nutrition and inspire you to live your happiest & healthiest life! I will demonstrate and execute workout routines to help you become leaner faster, stronger, more flexible & develop muscle endurance to perform better in your daily life and remain injury free with great results! Looking forward to working with you!


Hi! My name is Jill and I am the Small Group Training and 6 Week Challenge Director and Director of Personal Training here at Colvin. Our Power 30 program is one of my greatest accomplishments and I am so proud of its success and I love how much our members love it!! I am an AFAA certified personal trainer, ACE Certified Health Coach as well as a Power 30, Yoga, Cycling and Chisel instructor. I have a lifelong love of fitness and health and wellness that I love to share with our members. I am also the proud mom of 3 awesome kids!


Hi my name is Joelle Mathews. I am a NFPT certified personal trainer. I enjoy teaching yoga, and Pilates. In my free time I enjoy doing outdoor sports such as hiking, running and bike riding. I have been working at the BAC since 2010.

Kelly B.

I have been an group exercise instructor for over 10 years. I am a certified Group Exercise Instructor thru the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. I also have a current CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association. I teach Body Chisel and Cycling at French road every Saturday! Also, I currently have designed and created a new class Grind Ride. This incorporates upper body workup while cycling!!! Grind ride every Thursday at BAC Evans. 

Kim M

Hi, I’m Kim! I am a certified group exercise instructor and have been teaching for almost 3 years now. I teach Body Blast and sub several other classes such as Body Chisel, R.I.P.T., and Strike Zone. I’m also taking continuing education classes through AFAA and I thoroughly love what I do and helping out the other members. I started out at French Rd in 2003 as a member and have since loved all three clubs! I currently teach at the Colvin location as well as the French Rd location. Stop out and see me sometime!
I am also the mother of three grown children and am now an empty nester, which leaves me even more time to be available to help out when needed at the BAC.

Years teaching/training: 7. Certifications/Education: B.Sc. – Biology and Physiology, M.S. – Exercise Physiology, MPH – Epidemiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Additional certifications in: Group exercise, TRX, Spinning and Yoga. What styles of classes you teach: Cycling, Yoga, Strength Training, Stability Ball.

Morgan K.

Morgan is currently a student at UB in the study of Biomedicine. She holds her American Red Cross CPR certification and is certified through NASM for Personal Training. Morgan also holds her TRX1 Training Certification and is enthusiastic about putting together training programs for existing clients at our Williamsville BAC location as well as taking on new clients Monday – Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.


Nikki has been with the BAC since 2015 and is now the Williamsville location Assistant Manager. Since joining our Williamsville location staff in February 2017, she has been dedicated to helping members reach their fitness goals. Nikki has a passion for holistic health through exercise and nutrition that helps to motivate the members she works with. She is CPR certified through the American Red Cross and has studied Public Health at Tulane University. Nikki currently challenges members through one-on-one coaching and in her Power 30 classes. I am CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross. I am currently working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness with a minor in Strength and Conditioning at Canisius College. After that, I plan on going to D’Youville College for my Bachelor’s/Master’s in Nutrition! I have been playing travel fast pitch softball since 9 years old; it has always been my main sport! With the training I learned through sports, such as drills and conditioning, I have learned to incorporate those into my Power 30 sessions as well as my one -one personal training and small group training!

Growing up in a house hold of two parents that were figure/body building competitors, I was always fascinated and addicted to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. With the training and nutritional guidance combined, we can both work together to get you to the body and mind you’ve always wanted!


Traci is the Director of Personal Training & Small Group Training including Power 30 at the BAC for Women Evans location. She brings over 17 years of experience in progressive health & fitness, coaching, training and motivating clients to perform at their best as well as achieve, maintain and implement their personal fitness goals in their daily lives. Traci encourages clients to take action while understanding and managing their own health care in a positive, motivating and challenging environment. She has had great success in working with diverse populations including all levels of fitness. Traci teaches 8 classes a week and offers 8 Power 30 small group training options Mon-Sat. She also coaches clients through the six week weight loss program.

Traci has a proven and established track record of driven results with her clients who train with her one on one, in a small group or with those who take her weekly classes. She tries to lead by example and continues to motivate, shape and transform those who work with her keeping in mind everyone’s limitations.

Hi! I’m Wendy. I joined the BAC as a member back in 2001, loved the group exercise classes, bootcamps and top notch personal trainers over the years. In 2013, I was asked if I would like to become an instructor for the BAC for Women French Road. I went on to get my group exercise, CPR/AED, Bokwa, bootcamp, spinning certifications, then ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Also an IDEA Health & Fitness Association Professional member and Indoor Cycling Association member. I currently teach RIPT, SPINNING, POWER 30/POWER 30 6wk challenges, one-on-one personal
training. I am also a Supervisor/ recreational gymnastics instructor and competitive team coach L2 10 for Summit Gymnastics in Elma for over 20 years. I have coached State, Regional and National individual champions and teams. Current USA Gymnastics pro member, Safety & Risk certified, U100/U200 Fundamentals & Sports Science, U110 Safe Sport certified. I am a mom of two beautiful daughters, who are gymnasts too. I love challenging and motivating woman/children of all ages to be the best they can be. I’m always there to help and guide with their fitness goals!
