Class Description:

Build Strength and fluidity as you move through different Baptiste Style yoga postures, incorporating weights adding strength training to your workout.  You’ll leave feeling calm, strong and energized . Feeling  satisfied from a great workout.

Class Time:

6:30pm until 7:00pm

Class Instructor: Erica

About Erica:

Erica is a yoga instructor here at our BAC for Women- Williamsville location. She is trained in Power Yoga and holds a 200-hr certificate. She first fell in love with the athleticism of Power Yoga, however she also appreciates the mind-body connection yoga has to offer. Erica’s background is in swimming and she spent many years coaching various teams. When she is not doing yoga, you may find her in a pool, taking a dance class, boxing, or walking my rescue dog, Cubby. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Buffalo.
