Vinyasa style yoga practice that focuses on the flow and the breath, to build strength, clear the mind and take your practice to the next level in a warmed room, to help facilitate flexibility and toxin release. This class is for all levels of yoga, beginner to advanced.

BAC instructor Monique completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and Art of Assisting training through the Baptiste Institute. She is trained to teach the Baptiste Journey into Power sequence and also in hands-on assist to help get you a little deeper into your poses and postures, helping to open, align and lengthen the body.
