Class Description:

Our phenomenal Small Group Training classes in half the time!! Using TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Battleropes, boxing and many other toys these 30 minute sessions will definitely kick your butt.

About Stephanie:

Stephanie is the Sales Manager and a Power 30 instructor at our Tonawanda location. She currently holds a personal training certification through NETA and is CPR/AED certified. She has been an employee of the BAC for over 5 years but her journey started here in 2011 when she joined as a member. “I loved the environment so much, that when I saw the job posting for fitness coach, I immediately knew I wanted to work here. Being able to offer support and encouragement to women is very fulfilling to me.
