Class Description:

Our phenomenal Small Group Training classes in half the time!! Using TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Battleropes, boxing and many other toys these 30 minute sessions will definitely kick your butt.

About Nikki:

Nikki started as a Fitness Coach at the BAC for Women in 2015 after studying Public Health at Tulane University. She is now the General Manager and a Power 30 instructor at our Williamsville location. Nikki is passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals through whole-body wellness! She believes strongly in nutrition and exercise as preventative health-care. Nikki is CPR certified through the American Red Cross. She has completed courses in mobility and functional exercise through The New Breed Athlete and has Qualification in TRX Functional Training.
