Class Description:

Our phenomenal Small Group Training classes in half the time!! Using TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Battleropes, boxing and many other toys these 30 minute sessions will definitely kick your butt.

About Brittany:

Brittany is a recent graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and she is currently attending D’Youville College for her doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She is certified in group fitness and has taught BOGA Fit, Aquatic Fitness, and Young at Heart. She is passionate about exercise and the belief that exercise is medicine. In her free time, she loves to swim competitively, cook, and of course exercise! She is looking forward to seeing everyone improving their health with her at Power 30 and Group Fitness!
