Our Power 30 - Combat classes consist of boxing drills utilizing bags and partners with focus mitts, agility work, strength and cardio drills giving you a full body workout.

Carrie is a certified Personal Trainer. She also has her BS in Exercise Science. Carrie is a mom of a 7 year old and a 4 year old- Life is good!!! She has been personal training for over 14 years at the BAC for Women and loves working with all types of clients! Her philosophy on exercise is that it should be fun, or why bother?
