For all levels. A series of poses with a strong emphasis on breathing. You’ll increase your flexibility and restore a healthy, positive mind/body balance, while focusing and relaxing the entire body.

Class Instructor: Hilary
Hilary has been instructing a variety of Group Exercise classes since 2005. She is certified as a Senior Fitness Specialist through NASM. She is also certified through AFAA, Blue Powder Productions (Turbokick & Piyo), Body Training Systems (Spinning and Group Power), trained with the Arthritis Foundation, completed a Personal Trainer Preparatory course, and have CPR & AED certification through the American Heart Association. Outside the BAC she works full-time as the Cultural Arts Manager at Asbury Pointe Retirement Home. For fun Hilary enjoys playing softball,volleyball, and running different level races (5k, 10k, Half marathons, and marathons).
