For all fitness levels; yoga focuses on flexibility, balance, breathing and quieting the mind. You’ll move through poses and postures that help bring your attention to you and your body. You will be encouraged to find positions that work for you and your body, while moving your fluidly through a yoga practice. Bring your mat if you have one, if not we have some right in the studio!

Class Instructor: Hilary
Hilary has been instructing a variety of Group Exercise classes since 2005. She is certified as a Senior Fitness Specialist through NASM. She is also certified through AFAA, Blue Powder Productions (Turbokick & Piyo), Body Training Systems (Spinning and Group Power), trained with the Arthritis Foundation, completed a Personal Trainer Preparatory course, and have CPR & AED certification through the American Heart Association. Outside the BAC she works full-time as the Cultural Arts Manager at Asbury Pointe Retirement Home. For fun Hilary enjoys playing softball,volleyball, and running different level races (5k, 10k, Half marathons, and marathons).
