40 minutes of the class is Strike Zone and the remaining class time is Strength and Core Training. All designed to keep you sweating for a full hour giving you the tools for maximum fat and calorie burn.

Class Instructor: Ellen
Ellen is the Regional Group Exercise Director for the BAC for Women. She has been teaching group exercise classes of all types for about 20 years. Her certifications include Maddogg Spinning, AFAA Group Exercise, FitTour Kickboxing, YogaFit levels I and II and TRX. Ellen is also a Heartsaver CPR/AED Instructor and an ACE Certified Weight Loss Coach. She enjoys exercise of all types and love teaching classes and empowering women to be the best that they can be.
