The class is designed to meet the unique needs of breast cancer survivors, but is open to all members, using a variety of exercises such as cardio, strength training, stretching, pilates, yoga, and relaxation. All are encouraged to move at their own comfort level. Individual attention is given throughout the class.

After losing over 50 pounds Dawn joined the BAC and began taking group fitness classes. The instructors were so uplifting and inspiring she decided to try it too! Dawn became AFAA certified over 7 years ago has taught a variety of classes. In 2011 she began working with Hope Chest to help breast cancer survivors regain strength and fitness after their illness. Helping all women to gain physical strength and build self confidence has become her passion!
