Class Description:

Our HIIT Cycling classes rely on High Intensity Interval Training using specific timed intervals displayed on our big screen TV’s to get participants the results they are looking for.  Utilizing power, resistance, speed or a combination of these elements, HIIT cycles will push you to maximum effort with interspersed recovery periods for an amazingly effective cardio workout.

About Debbie:

Debbie joined the BAC for Women when our Tonawanda location opened over 11 years ago. Since then, she has become a Star 3 Spinning Instructor, ACE Certified Health Coach, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. Debbie also holds certifications in TRX and BARRE. She feels her job is about so much more than teaching people how to exercise- “It’s about providing friendship, support and motivation as well as showing them that working toward better health and wellness can be fun and not feel like work.  At first, joining the gym was a way for me to escape – to do something for myself. It has become more than I ever could have dreamed…Now, it is a passion; a way for me to share my love for fitness and well-being! I hope that I can demonstrate to other “moms” that they CAN find time to stay fit too.”
