This class is for everybody. Done a stationary bike this class will develop your cardiovascular strength and endurance like no other workout. Your instructor will lead you through different styles of rides with motivational music and class instruction.

Stacia has been a member of the BAC for women since 2007. With a need to make lifestyle changes as she approached 40, she discovered her passion for cycling classes. After nearly a year of training, she became a Cycling instructor in 2017. Her passion for music, positive well being, and a firm belief in paying it forward, are reflected through her vibrant personality and willing to help others at anytime.
