For all levels. This class uses controlled moves emphasizing perfect form to define the body and build lean muscle mass. You’ll use weights, body bars, resistance bands, katamibars (depending on club), and the resist-a-ball.

Group classes are a great way to work out! Just walk in the door, give your best effort on that day, and walk out feeling like you’ve accomplished something. Judy teaches Body Chisel and Cycling and at times can also be found teaching Strike Zone and Pilates. Her certifications include: AFAA Group Exercise, Mad Dogg Spinning, and ISCA Pilates.
