This class blends cardio and resistance training that provides a combination workout of calorie burning and muscle building. An intense yet easy to follow workout for all fitness levels, using a variety of equipment including hand weights, body bars, resistance bands, glides and stability balls.

Leslie has a BS degree in Exercise Science. She is certified through AFFA for group exercise instructor and Maddog for spinning. She has taught group fitness classes for the last 26 years which include, step, kick boxing, hi/lo, body sculpting, katami, spinning, and cycling. Leslie enjoyed working for the BAC since 1996.
