Class Description:

Body Blast is a class that mixes cardio intervals and weight training blocks into 1 hour of phenomenal full body exercises.This Silver class will be a bit more gentle than the regularly scheduled Body Blast classes and will have a 10-15 minute stretching portion at the end.

About Hanna:

Hanna M. is a new Power 30 instructor here at our BAC- Williamsville location! Along with her Power 30 classes, you’ll also see her smiling face at the front desk as you walk in. She is currently an undergrad at the University at Buffalo with intentions of majoring in Nursing with a concentration as a First Assist Nurse Practitioner. Hanna is also dual minoring in Kinesiology and Italian. Working out is one of her major passions, besides her family and sports. Hanna is always looking to fill her time training clients and loves to have the opportunity to help members reach their health and wellness goals!
