Class Description:

This energizing combination of cardio, strength and core will get your heart rate up and strengthen and tone your muscles using the step, free weights, body bars, katami bars and your own body weight. This fun and challenging workout is different every time!

About Traci:

Traci is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor here at the BAC for Women. She brings over 17 years of experience in progressive health & fitness, coaching, training and motivating clients to perform at their best as well as achieve, maintain and implement their personal fitness goals in their daily lives. Traci encourages clients to take action while understanding and managing their own health care in a positive, motivating and challenging environment. She has had great success in working with diverse populations including all levels of fitness. 

Traci has a proven and established track record of driven results with her clients who train with her one on one, in a small group or with those who take her weekly classes. She tries to lead by example and continues to motivate, shape and transform those who work with her keeping in mind everyone’s limitations.

American Red Cross: CPR
AFAA (Aerobic Fitness Association of America) Group fitness: kickboxing, Pilates, piyo, TRX, Sculpt-weight training 
AFAA  Personal Training Certification
Master of Small Group Personal Training
