This energizing combination of cardio, strength and core will get your heart rate up and strengthen and tone your muscles using the step, free weights, body bars, katami bars and your own body weight. This fun and challenging workout is different every time!

Group classes are a great way to work out! Just walk in the door, give your best effort on that day, and walk out feeling like you’ve accomplished something. Judy teaches Body Chisel and Cycling and at times can also be found teaching Strike Zone and Pilates. Her certifications include: AFAA Group Exercise, Mad Dogg Spinning, and ISCA Pilates.
