Add on a fitness routine session with Jen and she’ll walk through the plan with you! (Think of it as 1 personal training session to get you set up for success!)
This plan includes both the creation of your own custom program AND the 1-on-1 instruction.
- Your plan will already be pre-designed prior to your 1-on-1 demonstration session.
- You’ll then meet with Coach Jen to go over proper form, equipment set-up/usage, and answer any questions you may have.
- After completing your 1-on-1 session, walk away feeling confident with your 4 week custom program in hand.
