The health and well being of members and staff has always been our #1 priority, and we’ve taken many precautions to keep you safe. SEPTEMBER 1ST REOPENING:
As of September 1, indoor classes have resumed for members. We know that the outdoor classes have been popular with both members and non-members, so we plan to continue those as well. PLEASE NOTE– ALL indoor and outdoor classes will require a reservation to attend and class sizes are limited. Enroll right on our website. Outdoor classes will cost $10 for members or $15 for non-members. CLICK HERE for more details and to see our outdoor class schedule.
Our temporary hours of operation will be as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday: 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
We hope you’ll recognize your favorite instructors behind the masks that we’ll ALL be required to wear. We promise to provide extra water breaks and modify class intensity as needed. We expect that this requirement mandated by New York State will be lifted as the pandemic subsides.
Throughout our time apart, our wonderful fitness instructors have been posting complimentary workout videos to our BAC for Women Facebook page. PLEASE NOTE– starting September 1, these videos will be archived to a private Facebook Group called “BAC for Women Virtual Workout Library”. This will be available to members only. Simply log onto our BAC for Women Facebook Page and request access to the group “BAC for Women Virtual Workout Library.”

MEMBER VIRTUAL WORKOUT LIBRARY
We are developing The BAC for Women Virtual Library as a way of temporarily providing members with an alternate means of working out. We can’t wait to open our doors to in person workouts. We understand that when we do, you may prefer to work out in the gym during non-peak times, and supplement with some at home workouts from our bank of videos. Or perhaps you’d like to wait a bit longer to come back to the gym in person, and exercise at home until you’re more comfortable. However you’d like to use it, the Virtual Library will be available to members only. Members – Log onto our Facebook Page and request access to the group: “BAC for Women Virtual Workout Library”.
